IMT Acquisition Completed, New Management Team Announced

Integrated Microwave Technologies’ (IMT) acquisition by Skyview Capital LLC has been successfully completed. Skyview Capital LLC announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire IMT from the Vitec Group, plc on November 03, 2014. Specific financial terms of the transaction are undisclosed.IMTIMT will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skyview Capital LLC and will continue to design, manufacture and sell its portfolio of innovative products, as well as the future product roadmap, under Nucomm, RF Central and IMT brands. IMT’s headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing and technical support center will remain in Budd Lake, NJ.

With the completion of the acquisition, IMT welcomes Rick Bigelow, Senior Vice President at Skyview Capital, as the new IMT CEO. John Payne IV continues in his role of IMT Chief Technology Officer and the Vice President of Engineering. Todd Hansen remains in his role of IMT Vice President of Operations.

With over 20 years of senior level financial and operational experience in both the private and public sector, Rick Bigelow’s experience has crossed many industries, taking in technology software development, services and the manufacturing/distribution of consumer goods. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bigelow has led operations, transition and integration for several firms in the private equity industry.
Prior to Skyview Capital, Mr. Bigelow was CEO of several industry leading software companies serving Fortune 500 companies and CFO of a major distribution/manufacturing company.

John Payne IV joined Nucomm in 1996, where he led product development,  realization and product launches  key to the company’s growth during the BAS transition as the Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Payne spearheaded the creation of IMT’s successful government radio line, the smallest and most advanced radio line in the world, enabling IMT to successfully penetrate the government market.

Todd Hansen joined Integrated Microwave Technologies in 2009.  At IMT, Mr. Hansen oversees the sales and customer technical support, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, logistics and program management functions. Hansen has many years of experience in RF and microwave and semiconductor component manufacturing, the design of high-power microwave devices and silicon/silicon carbide based power devices.
