Arvato Systems was rated \u2018Leader\u2019 in the current study \u2019ISG Provider Lens Public Cloud – Solutions & Service Partners\u2019 by the IT market research and consulting company ISG. The award was granted in the two segments \u2019Managed Public Cloud Services for Large Accounts\u2019 and \u2019Public Cloud Transformation Services for Large Accounts\u2019.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>According to ISG, \u2018leaders\u2019 offer a highly attractive range of products and services and can be regarded as a source of innovative power and stability. Furthermore, they are seen as strategic pace-makers as well as opinion leaders.<\/p>\n

Providers in the \u2019Managed Public Cloud Services for Large Accounts\u2019 segment offer, according to ISG, “professional and managed services in addition to IaaS- and PaaS-Hyperscale platforms for public clouds from third parties. Broadly, these services include provisioning, real-time and predictive analysis, monitoring and operational administration of the customer’s public cloud and multi-cloud environment”.<\/p>\n

ISG certifies Arvato Systems in this segment a strategic managed services portfolio, comprehensive and innovative cloud management, and extensive hyperscaler certifications. “Arvato Systems”, according to the study, “focuses on perspectives in customer dialogue, (Biz)DevOps and speed through end-to-end responsibility across public clouds.”<\/p>\n

Arvato Systems was also able to convince in the segment \u2018Public Cloud Transformation Services for Large Accounts\u2019. According to ISG, consulting and implementation service providers in this area work together with providers of public clouds to administrate the customer-specific complexity of the adaptation and deployment of public cloud solutions. In this context, ISG described Arvato Systems as an internationally successful IT specialist and multi-cloud provider who is a partner both for microservices and for “heavyweight and complex projects such as SAP migrations”. Arvato Systems has not only “relied on significant DevOps certifications, but has also gained new well-known references in agile mode.\u201c Moreover, according to the study, the company “has essential skills that are necessary in the context of consulting and implementation mandates in order to make automation and Artificial Intelligence tangible and sustainable in the context of public cloud projects”.<\/p>\n

In the past, Arvato Systems has already been recognized by ISG as a leader in the areas of “Digital Transformation Services & Solutions”, “Microsoft Ecosystems” and “Digital Business Transformation”. The company has also just received the “Best IT Service Provider 2020” award, which is presented jointly by the business magazine “brand eins” and Statista.
