Hudl has announced the acquisition of Digital Sports Video (DSV), a well-established video editing company based in Reno, NV. DSV has built a loyal customer base of more than 3,000 high schools and has more than 10 years of experience in sports video.<\/p>\n

Both companies expect to benefit from the consolidation of their customer bases. DSV touts some of the nation’s best sports programs, and now coaches will be able to instantly trade film with them. With a broader pool of athletes having access to video, their exposure in recruiting is expected to increase.<\/p>\n

Hudl CEO David Graff felt that the two companies had a great deal in common \u2013 both had built a broad, passionate, and loyal customer base and both had the same ultimate goal: help coaches win.<\/p>\n

Hudl\u2019s products were built from the ground up to work well online and with new mobile technologies like Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android platforms.<\/p>\n
