NDI Forms Global Advisory Board to Power the Future of IP Video

NDI has formed its inaugural Global Advisory Board, uniting top industry leaders from across the video technology ecosystem to support NDI’s continued growth, innovation and worldwide adoption.
Comprised of senior industry leaders, the NDI Advisory Board will provide strategic counsel on interoperability, standards development, developer outreach and broader ecosystem opportunities. Steve Taylor, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Vizrt, will serve as Chair of the Advisory Board, bringing deep product and industry expertise to lead this strategic group.

The seven inaugural members bring deep expertise across AV distribution, broadcasting, network infrastructure and video production workflows:

The board will meet quarterly to advise on emerging trends and technologies and support NDI’s scaling efforts across software, hardware and cloud-based environments. Its formation underscores NDI’s mission to bring open, high-performance IP video to every corner of the industry — from live production and broadcasting to corporate, education and streaming applications.
