Event Registration Policy

SVG reserves the right to approve or decline any event application. Decisions are made based on a number of factors, including — but not limited to — available room capacity, member/sponsor balance, local and venue public health and safety policies, or to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our other attendees. Any company that SVG categorizes as a potential sponsor will not be approved without prior sponsorship agreement. SVG offers no process for decision review. All applicants agree to SVG’s attendee selection policy prior to submitting their applications.
