Viettel Deploys Ateme’s Video Delivery Solution to Power One of Southeast Asia’s Largest Streaming Platforms

Viettel, Vietnam’s largest telecommunications company, has completed the deployment of Ateme’s end-to-end video delivery solution to power its next-generation streaming services across the region.
To support its expanding TV and OTT business, Viettel selected Ateme to deliver a comprehensive suite of technologies, encompassing TITAN, NEA-DVR, NEA-Live with low-latency streaming, and NEA-CDN, along with networking and security components.
The platform has been designed for more than seven Tb/s of peak throughput and can support up to nearly four million concurrent sessions, ranking among the largest video delivery deployments in Southeast Asia. In production, it has already achieved more than five Tb/s peak traffic, proving its scalability and performance in real-world conditions.
The solution spans over 130 servers and more than five petabytes of storage, ensuring robust capacity for Viettel’s growing subscriber base.
