Redflag AI, EZDRM Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver End-to-End Content Security for Global Media Customers

Redflag AI, an AI-powered content protection platform, and EZDRM, which concentrates in cloud-based Digital Rights Management as a Service (DRMaaS), announce a global partnership that enables media and entertainment organizations to secure their content from every angle.

The partnership brings together two complementary technologies for studios, streaming platforms, broadcasters, and sports organizations: DRM for access control and AI-driven watermarking and monitoring for real-time piracy prevention.

With many customers seeking both solutions, EZDRM and Redflag AI will collaborate closely on co-selling, joint customer engagements, and integrated workflows to streamline adoption.

“Our customers increasingly want a comprehensive approach to protecting content that is simple to deploy, effective at scale, and mapped to industry expectations,” says Max Eisendrath, CEO and Founder of Redflag AI. “DRM secures the perimeter, but watermarking and active monitoring act as the alarm system that detects and traces anything that slips through. With EZDRM and Redflag working together, rights holders finally get a unified perimeter-plus-alarm defense for their content.”

Customers can work with either company as their primary point of contact and gain access to both technologies without additional procurement complexity.

The collaboration also ensures that joint customers can more easily satisfy compliance requirements, including studio security audits and platform distribution standards with a unified approach to end-to-end content protection.

“We’ve always believed that security can be improved when solutions from partners complement each other,” says Olga Kornienko, COO and co-founder of EZDRM. “Redflag AI brings advanced watermarking and real-time monitoring that perfectly aligns with our mission to make video security simple, flexible, and accessible. Together we’re making it easier for customers to implement the full spectrum of protection their workflows demand.”
