Collection Policy

All Invoices are Payable Upon Receipt. Failure to pay entire sponsorship balance 90 days into membership enables SVG to cancel the Sponsorship and retain all prior payments.

Cancellation or Withdrawal

No refund will be made if Sponsor cancels the sponsorship after contracts are signed or payments have been made.

Names & Trademarks

SVG shall have the right to use Sponsor’s name, trademark, and logo limited to the terms of the Sponsorship Agreement. Sponsor shall not have the right to use any of SVG’s names, trademarks, logos or copyrights without prior approval.
