UCLA Broadcast Studio Adds Connection to The Switch – Los Angeles

UCLA Broadcast Studio has recently added a 1.485 Gbps HD-SDI connection to The Switch – Los Angeles. The new connection with The Switch enables UCLA to transmit in HD from its Los Angeles campus and to connect with media outlets across the country and around the globe, including national newsrooms and local affiliates.

The Switch_Logo_FinalUCLA is known worldwide for the breadth and quality of its academic, research, health care, cultural, continuing education and athletics programs.
Faculty members are available for interviews about a wide range of topics, including national and international politics, climate change, the entertainment industry, LGBT issues, immigration, gun violence and gun control, and the latest advances in medicine and health care. UCLA professors have recently been interviewed by such prominent media outlets as NBC, MSNBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, PBS and ESPN.
