Portland Trail Blazers won the National Basketball Association’s draft lottery,
giving them the right to probably select

Ohio

State

center Greg Oden or

Texas
forward Kevin Durant with the first pick in next month’s draft.

The Trail
Blazers, who had a 5.3 percent chance of getting the No. 1 pick, won the
lottery for the first time in the event’s 23-year history. It will be the
