Earlier this year, a major U.S. sports network turned to Barnfind Americas’ fiber solutions to maximize its production workflow with improved signal switching and monitoring. The latest upgrade includes numerous BarnOne 8X bidirectional HD/SD-SDI frames comprising BTF1-06 units featuring 24 SFP ports, as well as BTF1-07 units with 16 SFP ports and an 8/16-port fiber multiplexer.
Barnfind’s suite of solutions include:
- Camera/CCU: CAM/CCU system allows up to 18 cameras to be multiplexed into one single-mode fiber for bidirectional traffic over long distances. An internal matrix router allows the user to switch any camera to any CCU.
- BarnOne frames: Multifunction, low-power signal-transport platform supports all common video and telco formats in one frame.
- BarnMini series: Small, portable, and low-cost devices for the single-channel extension of BNC, SFP, GPIO, Ethernet, and/or HDMI connections
