CBS Sports Digital Establishes MVP Sports Marketing Unit

CBS Sports Digital has launched its MVP Sports Marketing initiative that will help brands build strong and sustainable engagement in local sports communities around the country.

Leveraging CBS Sports Digital’s deep community connections through its unmatched nationwide coverage of high school and college sports, a dedicated in-house MVP Sports Marketing team will partner with brands to develop unique multi-faceted sponsorships that build brand equity, deepen consumer relationships, and drive revenue.

The MVP Sports Marketing team is led by Andy Beal, president and founder, MaxPreps, a high school sports property in the U.S. Beal reports to Jeffrey Gerttula, EVP/GM, CBS Sports Digital. Beal and his team offer expertise in the high school sports space, including insights on how best to connect with local sports communities and effectively reach CBS Sports Digital users across MaxPreps and 247Sports, the industry leader in recruiting content.
