ISE 2020: Matrox To Highlight Extensive AV/IT Portfolio

Matrox has released its agenda for Integrated Systems Europe 2020.

At Stand 11-D120, Matrox will showcase its complete AV/IT portfolio, highlighting best-in-class capture, streaming, recording, extension, switching, decoding, display, and control for today’s most popular and demanding media-over-IP applications. Matrox will also demonstrate an industry-unique KVM multi-system control feature, as well as announce a major expansion to its video wall portfolio.

Rounding out the schedule are two presentations: an AVIXA AV/IT FlashTrack session titled “The Next Phase of AV over IP,” on February 12 from 3:00-3:20 (stand 13-N110) and a Matrox AV/IT ecosystem overview, daily from 11-11:10 and 3:00-3:10 (stand #11-D120).

Featured demonstrations: Optimizing AV/IT infrastructures
ISE attendees will get a first-hand look at Maevex and Monarch appliances streaming and recording high-quality, low-bitrate 4K and Full HD content for live event webcasting and lecture capture applications, as well as in several end-to-end platforms featuring new decode options. Maevex multi-4K encoders, Extio 3 IP KVM extenders, and Mura IPX capture and IP encode/decode cards will also combine to create a complete control room ecosystem to seamlessly share information between operators and a video wall, and between local and remote video walls over LAN and internet.

New features and product: KVM multi-system control, expanded video wall portfolio
In addition to providing industry-leading 4Kp60 4:4:4, dual 4Kp30 4:4:4, and quad 1080p60 4:4:4 performance at unprecedentedly low bitrates, Extio 3’s new Aggregator Mode will enable the remote monitoring and control of a number of systems from a multi-display workspace with a single keyboard and mouse. At ISE, Matrox will also exhibit unprecedented video wall design flexibility with QuadHead2Go multi-monitor controllers, while revealing several new video wall innovations designed to power next-generation video walls.

AVIXA AV/IT FlashTrack and Matrox AV/IT ecosystem presentations
Matrox executive vice president of research and development, David Chiappini, will explore how the next AV-over-IP narrative will shift away from topics like codecs, latency, and color-space-quality levels onto topics such as open standards, interoperable ecosystems across brands, and interoperable environments that fully converge data, communications, and performance media over IP.
