VidTrans23 – Preliminary Program Available

VidTrans23, the Video Services Forum’s annual conference and exposition is being held Feb. 28 to Mar. 2, 2023 (Tuesday-Thursday) at the Marina del Rey Marriott located at 4100 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, CA, 90292.

Registration: The Early Bird rate is $675.00; the normal rate is $775.00. Early Bird rate expires February 1. This fee includes program, exhibits, conference materials, Tuesday night Reception & Exhibition Preview, continental breakfasts, lunches and other hospitality. Registration is HERE.

Housing: The Marina del Rey Marriott is located at 4100 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, CA, 90292. Hotel rates are $259 (single/double) for VidTrans23 Conference attendees. These are excellent rates for this hotel, time of year and location. This rate expires February 10, 2023. The Marriott reservation page.

Call For Presentations: Speakers should submit a 100-200 word synopsis of their presentation for consideration by the VSF program committee. To be considered, the synopsis should be received no later than February 1, 2023. Proposals containing promotion of specific manufacturer’s equipment or vendor solutions will not be considered.

Currently there are plans to hold IPMX and RIST demonstrations in the Exhibit Hall.
