Jessica Ciccone, New York Jets, VP of Content Strategy – Marketing
Ciccone is in her 22nd year with the New York Jets and fourth as VP, Content Strategy andMmarketing. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the team’s social and digital media verticals. In addition, she guides content-related revenue efforts for the organization. Her focus on strategic initiatives and marketing opportunities to reach and engage consumers via the team’s broadcast, digital, social and mobile platforms drive content planning decisions and growth efforts. Ciccone also manages the team’s influencer program. Through this program, she engages influencers to build relationships with the Jets through different experiences and touchpoints.  

Vittorio DeBartolo, Oakland A’s, Senior Director of Marketing
Vittorio was born in Redwood City, California, attended UC Santa Barbara as an undergraduate and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. Over the course of two decades, Vittorio made significant contributions to the NFL as part of the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders, specializing in various content strategy roles, including serving as the Vice President of Digital and Social Media for the Silver and Black.. Vittorio is a six-time SF/Northern California Television Emmy winner for excellence in production. In 2022, Vittorio transitioned to the Oakland Athletics, assuming the role of Senior Director of Marketing. In this capacity, he oversees the creative, content, marketing, and ballpark entertainment team, bringing his wealth of experience to further elevate the organization.

Rael Enteen, Washington Commanders, VP of Content
Enteen is a San Francisco native and Washington DC transplant and has been in the sports media and content industry for 15 years. His sports media career started as a web producer for a regional sports network in the Bay Area that covered the 49ers, Warriors and Giants. He left San Francisco for a job running the New York Jets’ digital/social content efforts and then left the NFL for the XFL to build their content strategy from scratch. Since the XFL’s shutdown during the pandemic, Rael has offered content consulting services to businesses both in and out of sports while also working full time as the Commanders’ Vice President of Content.

Chris Gargano, The Gargano Leadership Group, Founder
Gargano spent seven seasons with the New York Jets as vice president, executive producer. He oversaw JETS 360, which is responsible for all Jets produced content – including video production, social media, and editorial – in an effort to provide football fans an all-access pass to unique, engaging, and quality content over a variety of platforms. Through social media, the team’s website and an award-winning docuseries, fans get everything from an up-close-and-personal look at the action, to real-time news, stylized photos and videos, and in-depth feature television programming.

Prior to joining the Jets, Gargano was the senior director of SFG Productions and Entertainment for the San Francisco Giants for eight seasons. Before working for the Giants, he was the director of broadcasting for the Oakland Raiders for six seasons. Prior to that, Gargano was a reporter, anchor, producer, and executive producer at various broadcast stations around the country.

Gargano is also an adjunct professor at New York University teaching classes in leadership since 2018.
