Ross Video Rolls Out CrossOver 16 Switchers

Ross Video launched its CrossOver 16 HD and standard-definition production switchers and says its CrossOver 12 models can be upgraded to CrossOver 16 by swapping out the control panel.

The CrossOver 16 features 12 multi-definition inputs; six multi-definition outputs; one analog down-converted output; four assignable frame syncs with format conversion; two media stores with animation capability; two channels of 2D DVE for PinP and 2D transitions; high-quality UltraChromeT chroma keyer available in any keyer; three fully featured keyers; standard source and keyer mnemonics; custom-control macros; 24 GPIO; dedicated keyer-cut and auto-transitions buttons; and a high-end three-axis joystick.
