Super Bowl XLIV Expected to Generate Record Ratings

Super Bowl XLIV could be the highest-rated Super Bowl in years, according to USA Today’s Michael Hiestand.  On the heels of the most-watched regular season since 1990, the game is expected to reach the biggest Super Bowl audience ever and could notch the highest rating since 1996, when NBC drew 46% of household for the Dallas Cowboys-Pittsburgh Steelers matchup.
