TheInquirer.net reports that The UK’s telecom watchdog Ofcom is backing white space technology, which it called a new form of wireless communications. Ofcom has been testing the radio frequency technology and come to the conclusion that it has a range of innovative applications, for example, for linking up different devices or providing broadband access in rural areas.
