Arctek Satellite Taps Frontline for Sixth Sprinter Satellite Vehicle

Arctek Satellite Productions is expanding its fleet with a sixth Sprinter satellite vehicle, and, once again, Frontline Communications will play a key role in the integration, design, and construction of the unit.

Arctek’s fleet of five satellite vehicles will soon expand by one, thanks to Frontline.

“Frontline is the industry leader in quality and engineering,” says Brian Stanley, owner of Arctek. “We are excited to build our sixth truck with Frontline.”

Arctek is the original innovator of the Sprinter platform in the for-hire uplink industry and has built a fleet of highly productive uplink trucks. Its fleet offers a wide range of capabilities, from MPEG-4 HD encoders to K-band and Cu-band satellite transmission.
Frontline Communications has been the leading custom broadcast- and communications-vehicle manufacturer since 1985 and has built more than 2,500 highly customized vehicles. Its projects include electronic newsgathering, satellite uplink/downlink, and mobile command-and-control operations without the use of subcontractors. It has more than 100,000 sq. ft. of purpose-built manufacturing space and is the only broadcast-communications–vehicle manufacturer that is ISO 9001:2008-certified for its Quality Management System.
