SPORTEL 2017: MX1 To Demonstrate MX1 360 Media Services Platform Upgrades

At SPORTEL 2017, MX1 will demonstrate new enhancements for its MX1 360 media services platform to further simplify the global distribution of sports video content. Using the platform, content providers can manage every step of the video workflow, from content aggregation to management and global distribution using a combination of cloud technology and on-premises infrastructure.

During the show, MX1 will highlight how several content owners, including IMG, Spring Media, and the Israel Premier Football League (IPFL), were able to manage their content and reach the widest possible audience on every screen with the MX1 360 media services platform.

MX1 360 End-to-End, Cloud-Based Media Service Platform
MX1 360 is an end-to-end media service platform that enables sports rights holders, sports clubs and federations, broadcasters, and other content providers to manage, deliver, and monetize sports content from one centralized service platform with full transparency and total control. Using the platform, content providers can easily distribute live sports events via traditional delivery methods such as satellite as well as the open internet; manage assets and metadata for rapid creation of sports highlights; and monitor live sports with multigame, multiscreen views for different regions, sports, and games.

Beyond supporting live sports use cases, MX1 makes it easy to deliver VOD games highlights and archived games to web portals and applications, opening up additional sources of revenue for broadcasters and content providers.
