The SVG Podcast: Jason Coyle, CEO, Stadium

Newest 24/7 multi-platform network forges ahead with grand ambitions

On this edition of The SVG Podcast we take a peek under the hood of the newest 24/7 sports network in the industry, Stadium. The multiplatform network is available streaming on Twitter and Facebook and is beginning to sprout up across the country as a linear television network.

The network – which is the result of the merging of Sinclair Broadcasting, 120 Sports, and Campus Insiders – is built around its fast moving studio programming and more than 2,500 live college sports events from various college conferences like the Mountain West, West Coast Conference, the Patriot, Conference USA, and Southern Conference.

We sit down with Stadium’s CEO Jason Coyle to talk about the network’s goals, why being the only national sports network headquartered in the Midwest is so important, and how they are trying to make a name for themselves in the crowded sports media space.

The SVG Podcast is for the sports video production professional looking to keep up with the latest in sports video production operations, and technology. The program features interviews with some of the biggest, most influential names in the sports video business talking trends and topics that are making an impact on the industry.
