ISE 2020: Panasonic Shows Off Latest in Projectors, 4K Displays

Panasonic is out in full force at ISE 2020. Here is a full list of announcements that the company is making on the show floor.

1-Chip DLP Laser Projector Family With High Brightness And System Flexibility
Panasonic is expanding its 1-Chip DLP laser projector line-up with the PT-RZ790 Series for museums and exhibition spaces and the PT-FRZ60 Series for high-school and university classrooms. A clear, bright display in a well-lit classroom and minimal noise are essential for an ideal education environment. Similarly, exhibition designers use natural or tailored lighting to enhance their displays, and require quiet projection to welcome visitors into a calming atmosphere. The Panasonic PT-RZ790 Series and PT-FRZ60 Series 1-Chip DLP laser projectors are engineered for these environments, serving high-visibility images under lights with almost no noise. They will be available in Autumn 2020.

Experiential Projection in Entertainment With New 3-Chip DLP Laser Projector Range
Panasonic has unveiled its new 3-Chip DLP laser projector line-up at ISE 2020. The SOLID SHINE laser projectors create exhilarating 30,000 lm projections at up to 4K resolution from a super light and compact design, bringing higher brightness and on-site efficiency for the events industry. The PT-RQ35K (4K) and PT-RZ34K (WUXGA) pack high brightness and improved color into a surprisingly compact and light body design and transform existing workflow procedures with faster and easier projector installation for live events in stadiums, theatres, and for projection mapping onto various surfaces.

4K Professional Display Line-Up
Panasonic was the first to incorporate Intel Smart Display Module (SDM) capabilities into its 4K high-resolution LCD displays and announced today its latest refresh and expansion of the line-up. The SQ1H Series and SQE1 Series are enlarging the range of Premium 4K Professional displays with higher brightness models and new designs suitable for signage and Smart Retail applications. In addition, Panasonic unveiled the new CQE1 Series of displays designed for everyday presentations and the smooth sharing of high-quality content in meeting rooms and classrooms.

LCD Portable Projectors Promise Ultra-Long Life, Low TCO, And High-Contrast Image Quality
Panasonic unveils two cost-efficient LCD projector series today at ISE 2020, comprising six PT-LB426 Series portable and four PT-TW381R Series short-throw LCD projector models. The new series update existing lines with higher contrast images and wider connectivity options, and are due to ship in April 2020.

Wireless Presentation System For Efficient Meeting Room Collaboration
Panasonic announced the Panasonic Wireless Presentation System designed for simple and efficient meeting room, huddle space and classroom collaboration. The system allows up to four presenters at a time to display visual and audio content on their Panasonic displays or projectors – removing the need for cables and facilitating switching between different PCs.

Panasonic & Wolfvision Partner For First Integrated Display And Wireless Presentation Solution
Panasonic announced a strategic alliance with WolfVision to integrate its Cynap Pure BYOD wireless presentation solution into its latest range of SQ1 4K displays. The two companies have collaborated to create a Smart Display Module version of the wireless presentation solution that can be plugged into the Intel SDM slot of Panasonic’s SQ1 range of displays for a completely cable-free solution.
