Devoncroft Partners, IABM Announce Dissolution of Market Research Joint Venture
Devoncroft and IABM today announced the dissolution of their 50-50 joint venture IABM DC, LLC, which was formed in 2013 to develop and publish market research activities in the media and broadcast sector.
During its existence, IABM DC, LLC published seven editions of the Global Market Valuation Report (GMVR), a comprehensive report that covered the professional media technology sector.
With this announcement, the names “IABM DC,” “GMVR,” “Global Market Valuation Report,” and “Global Market Valuation and Strategy Report” have been retired and will not be used by either Devoncroft or IABM in the future; and both Devoncroft and IABM will continue to act as independent providers of market intelligence products and services.
Although they will no longer be jointly producing market intelligence products and services, IABM and Devoncroft plan to work collaboratively together on future industry events and projects.
