Portland Trail Blazers Announce LegendsCast Alternative Broadcast for Two Upcoming Games

The two games, Mar. 17 versus Boston Celtics and March 19 versus LA Clippers, will see the alternative broadcast air on ROOT SPORTS Plus. Everett, Harvey, and Porter will break down the games live and provide their own unique perspective and analysis. Alongside the trio, each game will feature a rotating cast of various former Trail Blazers players to share stories from their playing days, memories of the city, and their opinions on the current Trail Blazers team.

“I am very excited to be a part of the upcoming LegendsCast broadcasts,” says Porter, Trail Blazers Alumni Ambassador. “Being able to swap stories with fellow Blazers alumni and talk about the evolution of the game of basketball for our Rip City fans is an opportunity I could not pass up.”

“The Trail Blazers are and have been so vital to Portland as a whole,” says Everett, Trail Blazers Studio Host. “It’s important that connection with former players never be lost. LegendsCast is a big step in that direction. Plus, I get to hang with some of my heroes.”
