Team Whistle Partners With Adobe on “The Beautiful Game” Series to Tell New Stories Around Women’s World Cup

Just in time for the start of the FIFA Women’s World Cup, Team Whistle has struck a partnership with Adobe on its new video series, The Beautiful Game, which will be featured across social channels for Whistle and Adobe and on NWSL player channels.

Episodes of Team Whistle’s new series, The Beautiful Game, feature interviews with former USWNT team stars Carli Lloyd (pictured) and Ashlyn Harris.

The series is produced in a short-form, vertical video format for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts and will feature the world’s top female soccer players reliving their most inspiring moments and memories. In each episode, legends of Women’s World Cups past answer a variety of questions about their career journeys, their legacy-defining plays, their off-field contributions to the future of the game, and even their everyday lives.

Each episode is edited with unique transitions and animations created using Adobe Express – Adobe’s new all-in-one content creation app. Adobe Express empowers creators to develop standout content. The platform offers nearly 200 million assets including video and design templates and more for all creators to tap into.

According to an official release, in Carli Lloyds’ episode, she recounts her competitive childhood, the many setbacks she was faced with and ultimately her relentless determination to be at the top of her game. Ashlyn Harris’ episode will share her experience of being the youngest starter in the U19s team at age 16, her deep love for fashion and  her early setbacks that she didn’t let define her.
