SPORTEL Monaco 2023: Setting the Benchmark for the Global Sports Business Industry

Wednesday saw the conclusion of the 33rd edition of SPORTEL Monaco.

As a genuine incubator for new trends, the event proved that it remains one of the most unique and largest networking and content marketplace. Over three busy days, decision makers, representing more than 44% of C-level executives, gathered in the Principality to discuss the latest developments and the challenges ahead.

2000 participants from all over the world descended on the sold-out 7,000 square meters of exhibition space to explore the latest innovations in sports rights and dive into the major technology trends that are shaking up the broadcast industry.

The 2023 event, provided its community with the most extensive and well attended conference programme ever organised at SPORTEL. Live on stage from Speakers Corner, content met technology with, two keynotes, eight masterclasses and eighteen presentation and customer case studies. Speakers featured a line-up of key international experts addressing the latest trends and evolutions including topics covering AI and automated production, FAST, monetization, entertainment, D2C, fan engagement, content delivery, anti-piracy, regional spotlights on India and Italy and much more who lead the debate.
