Mediapro Argentina Produces the Pre-Olympics Qualifying Tournament from Venezuela

The Mediapro Argentina hub in San Isidro is operational, producing the South American Pre-Olympics Football tournament this weekend. Over the next few weeks, this competition will determine the two U23 teams participating in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The international feed, with commentary and graphics in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, will be produced from their production center and distributed to regional rights holders. This marks the first of the tournaments produced annually by the group for CONMEBOL.

In 2023, GRUP MEDIAPRO’s Argentine headquarters produced over 350 matches and 13 competitions, covering various CONMEBOL events such as the Copa de Libertadores, Sudamericana beach football, women’s football, women’s futsal, futsal under-20’s, and CONMEBOL Intercontinental Under-20, CONMEBOL under-20 beach football, CONMEBOL Libertadores Under-20, CONMEBOL South-America under-17, CONMEBOL Libertadores futsal and CONMEBOL Copa América beach football.

The group has at its disposal a specialized team and a production center with advanced facilities, including 8 production control rooms, satellite and fiber distribution, IP systems and commentary and graphics rooms. The hub also manages CONMEBOL’s audiovisual archive system.
