Key Code Media Acquires East Coast-Based AC Video Press Release

Key Code Media announces the acquisition of AC Video, a renowned New Jersey-based broadcast integrator known for its system design and integration expertise.
Founded by Andrea (Andy) Cummis, a trailblazer in the industry and the first woman to hold an officer position on the National Board of the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE), AC Video brings a wealth of experience and a strong reputation for excellence to the Key Code Mediateam.

With seven staff members transitioning to the Key Code Media team, AC Video’s New Jersey office, boasting a 4300 sq ft prep and staging space, will become a flagship Key Code Media location supporting the East Coast and Nationwide team. The team will report directly to Mason Pierce, VP of Broadcast for Key Code Media.

Key Code Media will gain additional broadcast engineer design and install resources through the acquisition, while also expanding capabilities in studio construction, lighting grids, testing and training.
