The new video display will measure nearly 40 feet high by 54 feet wide and will feature a 10-millimeter pixel spacing for crisp, vibrant imagery at wide-angle visibility ensuring a great view to fans throughout the ballpark. It also features industry-leading environmental protection for optimal operation in the Manitoba weather.

“We’re proud to have been a part of the game-day entertainment at Blue Cross Park since their first season at this ballpark in 1999 and are equally excited as we continue to be a part of the exciting atmosphere going forward,” says Joey Hulsebus, Daktronics sales representative. “The American Association has made great efforts to grow the league and continue to upgrade the technology and entertainment value for their fans as evidenced by this latest upgrade.”

The video display is capable of variable content zoning allowing it to show one large image or multiple zones of content with the right mix to keep audiences informed and engaged in the live action on the field. The content can be live video, instant replays, up-to-the-minute statistics and game information, graphics and animations, or sponsorship messages.
