IBC 2017: Worldwide launch of Diagnal Engage at IBC

Diagnal, specialists in technology solutions for internet TV service providers, has announced that IBC 2017 will see the worldwide launch of its Engage solution. Engage enables operators to automate social media and direct communication marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, ensure revenue conversion and improve customer retention.

The Engage marketing platform uses data and behavioural analytics to create and manage real time targeted marketing campaigns using direct communications and social media networks. By creating targeted and personalised marketing, the Engage platform allows internet TV operators to reduce both user acquisition costs and subscriber churn.

Engage functionality includes: management, delivery and reporting of targeted acquisition ad campaigns; personalised user on-boarding; customer engagement; driving referrals through social media and key insights delivered through intelligently designed user configurable dashboards.

“Internet TV operators are in a tough place; they have to grow fast to stay alive in an incredibly competitive environment,” said Reuben Verghese, Diagnal CEO. “By launching Engage at IBC we are enabling those providers to meet this challenge and stay ahead of the game by automating at scale the process of winning and retaining paying customers. While there are many marketing platforms out there, none targets the specific needs of the Internet TV industry. Engage provides Internet TV operators with the ability to increase the success of their messaging through targeting and content ready campaigns that are deployable through multiple marketing channels and on multiple devices.”

Visitors to the Diagnal stand 14.N02 will be able to see fully featured demos of the ready to deploy Engage platform, showing how Engage uses big data, machine learning and behavioural marketing techniques to target potential paying customers at the right time with the right message.

“The terrific level of expertise we’ve developed while helping internet TV operators to succeed in the incredibly challenging APAC market over the past ten years, has enabled us to design and build Engage so that internet TV operators can now grow audiences globally using their own platforms while also making the most of every dollar of external marketing spend,” concluded Verghese.
