SVG SportsTech On Demand: CineSys-Oceana's Harry Skopas, Jason Starne, and Matt Timmons on Reliable, Cloud-Based Remote Solutions

In an effort to keep the broadcast-technology community informed this spring, throughout April, SVG is hosting a series of SportsTech On Demand video interviews with executives from the industry’s top technology vendors discussing their latest product releases and company news. Our Ken Kerschbaumer sat down with CineSys-Oceana Director of M/E Solutions Architecture and Technical Sales Harry Skopas, VP of Media Solution Jason Starne, and Senior Systems Engineer and Workflow Architect Matt Timmons about the company’s efforts.

In a time unforeseen by anyone, sports video production professionals are forced to work within the confines of their homes. With limited space for daily equipment, content creators are looking for ways to still churn out a reasonable amount of material with flexible solutions. The CineSys-Oceana team dive deep into their remote workflows, including Amulet Hotkey (Teradici PCoIP), Simple Cloud (virtual workstations), and Iconik (asset management in the cloud).
